AREAS OF
PRACTICE
CITIZENSHIP and NATURALIZATION
Many people become U.S. citizens through a process called naturalization. However, some individuals born outside the United States become U.S. citizens either at birth or when a parent naturalizes. The rules of citizenship are complex and it can be surprisingly difficult to prove that someone is a U.S. citizen
YOUR IMMIGRATION DOCUMENTS and RECORDS
Planning and proper documentation are critical when dealing with U.S. immigration officials. Throughout your immigration journey we can help you to comply with the law, plan for the future immigration of family members, and obtain copies of your own records for the U.S. government officials.
WAIVERS of INADMISSIBILITY
U.S. immigration law lists many reasons why a person may be inadmissible, meaning ineligible to become a permanent resident. These grounds of inadmissibility range from previous immigration violations, criminal violations, political affiliations, and even certain health conditions. However, some people who are inadmissible are allowed to apply for an exception, referred to as a waiver of inadmissibility.
